  • I have no doubt the car will crash.

But I do feel there is something strange about the car disengaging the auto pilot (cruise control) just before the crash. How can the car know it’s crashing while simultaneously not knowing it’s crashing?

I drive a model 3 myself, and there is so much bad shit about the auto pilot and rain sensors. But I have never experienced, or heard anyone else experiencing a false positive were the car disengage the auto pilot under any conditions the way shown in the video with o sound or visual cue. Considering how bad the sensors on the car is, its strange they’re state of the art every time an accident happens. There is dissonance between the claims.

Mark shouldn’t have made so many cuts in the upload. He locks the car on 39mph on the video, but crashes at 42mph. He should have kept it clean and honest.

I want to see more of these experiments in the future. But Marks video is pretty much a commercial for the Lidar manufacturer. And commercials shouldn’t be trusted.

  • Good.

An agreement without actual plans for execution and punishment for not complying is worthless anyway.

The agreement is only worth the paper its written on. The climate doesn’t give a shit where the pollution is done. Making pollution regionalised is the dumbest thing ever.

Want to pollute to get your cheap low quality crap? Just move the factory overseas. Now you can extract that from your emission.

  • So dumb. The captain can be partially blamed if there was negligence considering planned routes going through areas with bad ZOC (zone of confidence), or bad knowledge of depth in easier terms. Which might be a reason as they were surveying the area. But that’s pure speculation.

Trying to blame anything on the captain being a woman is just ridiculous. The navigator on watch could also run the ship aground due to bad navigation, without the captain even being included in the process.

Every time a grey ship is in an accident people open their cake holes. Let the investigation do its thing, then come back next year spewing your shit.

I bought some SNES shells to put on my joy cons. Was pretty cheap and decent fun. Even switched to hall effect sticks.

Didn’t even need Nintendo to produce them and sell them as a premium. eXtremeRate and probably many others let you make your own limited edition. As long as you don’t want any copyrighted trims like logos.

I don’t get the hype for the anniversary edition.

I haven’t heard it would launch, and one day I saw people offering 2000$ for one on a trade site. My only thought was “wow, glad im not a fucking idiot like these guys”.

I sure might be stupid, but not that stupid.

It’s extremely affordable on the ocean. What are you talking about?

Just until recently satellite internet was really expensive. Like only large corporations could afford it. And the bandwidth was shit. Also it was barely available in the deep northern and southern hemisphere. Sure it’s considered expensive for the regular kayaking dude. But it’s insanely more available than ever before.

The dudes an asshole. But don’t invent arguments.
